The Age Information Department handles over 3,000 phone calls each month from people seeking information about services, benefits and programs that support an elder’s or a family’s desire for safe, comfortable and independent living at home. Our number one priority is meeting the needs of each caller to make the process easy and informative. Whether you are trying to locate a specific program, or just need someone to talk to about an eldercare issue, we have a team of age information specialists ready to help you.
We are available by phone, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time. Just call 1-800-892-0890 and ask for the Age Information Department. Our experienced staff has access to an extensive database of local, state, and national resources.
