Sometimes, personal and or public funding is simply not
enough to provide the level of support needed by older adults to remain
safe and independent in their own home.
Your donation could help provide:

A wheelchair ride to Boston for medical treatments

The purchase of a pair of special elastic stockings
|
|
Bathroom safety equipment
|
|
An elder's rent, preventing eviction
|
|
Medication not covered by health insurance
|
|
Dentures to prevent nutritional complications
|
|
A day at an Adult Day Health Center to provide
caregiver relief
|
The Elder Care Fund:
|
Provides these services to help elders who cannot
afford to purchase them alone.
|
|
Is solely supported through individual donations, fund
raising events and foundations.
|
|
In 2001, paid $42,000 to help 180 elders with
emergency help and hundreds more received in home services.
|
There are many ways to donate... family events, monthly
lottery, gift program or a personal donation to the Elder Care Fund.
