The Age Information Department handles over 3,000 phone calls each month. Our staff can help people find information about services, benefits, and programs that support elders, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. The goal of our services, benefits, and programs is to keep our consumers safe, comfortable, and independent while living at home. Our number one priority is meeting the needs of each caller to make the process easy and informative.
Whether you are trying to locate a specific program, or just need someone to talk to about an eldercare issue, we have a team of age information specialists ready to help you. Our experienced culturally and linguistically diverse staff has access to an extensive database of local, state, and national resources to meet the needs of our community.
We are available by phone, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
