Care Management
One call to Elder Services will connect you with a staff member whose extensive

Care Managers offer in-home consultations to any elder and/or
caregiver seeking help with understanding programs and services
available. An experienced staff member can assist in numerous
areas impacting the individual’s ability to function in the community.
Our Care Managers are knowledgeable about the full range of accessible
services and skillful in referring older adults to the right resources,
making the best choices for their individual circumstances.
