Elder Services has earned Accreditation Status for the agency Case Management Program!

Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc. earned Accreditation Status for three years for our Case Management Program from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The status of Accredited – three years demonstrates a strong performance related to the functions outlined in national standards for Case Management accreditation.

NCQA is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. They accredit and certify a wide range of health care organizations and recognize clinicians and practices in key areas of performance. Earning NCQA’s Case Management Accreditation is an indicator that a Case Management program is dedicated to care coordination, patient-centeredness and improving quality of care: getting the right care to patients.

The NCQA accreditation signifies a dedication to quality case management practiced by Elder Services of the Merrimack Valley, Inc.
